How to Eat More and Lose More Body Fat...

Hi there!

It's Shaye here :) I'd like to tell you a story about something interesting that's been happening to my body lately... Something kinda cool really....

Over the past few months, I have been eating... ALOT. I'v been chowing down the curries, eating gigantic salads, munching on nuts and raisin, snacking on protein shakes and murdering the BBQ's! I've actually been quite worried about how much I've been eating... I remember thinking "This is gonna catch up with me!" But...

In fact - quite the opposite has been happening....

My body has been getting tighter, more toned and is starting to look more and more like a fitness model. Yes I still have some way to go - but my physique is definitely changing.

I've noticed toned abs appearing on my belly - and this annoying dimple on my butt is far less noticeable...

I even took to painting the house the other day in my bikini... Something I would never have done 6 months ago!

So I began asking myself the question...

Why has my metabolism sped up so dramatically?

Why can I now eat and enjoy - rather than eat and feel quilty?

Why is my body shrinking despite me eating more than ever?

There is only one explanation for it....

4 months ago I quit the gym.

haha - I can't see you - but I know that you've got a puzzled look on your face right now!

It's true... I ditched the aerobic workouts and light weights I'd been doing at the gym to workout with my boyfriend Tom - at home...

We've been doing a program called the Truth About Abs... Which is focussed on doing high intensity resistance exercises...

Exercises with heavy weights... Weights which you battle to lift... weights which really challenge you!

It's a completely new way of working out for me. It's quick workouts - under 1 hour. And a max of 4 times per week. You need your recovery in between the workouts.

At first I was really skeptical... I thought...

How can you get results if you're not working out every single day?

How can you lose body fat if you're not doing aerobic exercises - like boring old running?

But... My skepticism was proved wrong...

It turnes out that doing heavy weights training is FAR better at burning fat. It speeds up you rmetabolism for 3 days after exercising - compared to just a few hours with cardio training.

Working out with heavy weights also builds muscle... And, muscle burns fat in order to survive... So by doing this sort of training - you'll become an overall far superior fat burning machine...

This has definitely happened to me!

But... There is one annoying thing about it... You get hungry SO often! In fact - I'm starving right now - I better end off so I can go get some more breakfast!
