ACTION TIME!

I'm one of the millions who makes the resolution to exercise but never do. 7 months into the year I finally decided it's ACTION TIME! I just started jogging and found it to be very stress relieving. It's my opportunity to spend time with me without worrying or thinking of the daily routines such as work, chores, and family obligations. I didn't realize what I was depriving myself of until I started jogging. I honestly can't wait to go everyday. It's that gratifying! I highly recommend that everyone finds a way to spend time with yourself and burn a few calories while you're at it!
