The Easiest Way To Build An Aerobic Exercise Program

An aerobic exercise program is an important part of your home fitness training plans. It will help you stay on track and progressing towards your goals.

Luckily, it is super-easy to build one. And you can use it for all of your aerobic exercise needs.

  • Build a running training program.
  • Build a swimming training program.
  • Build a skipping training program.
  • Or do all of the above :)

All you need to do is follow the instructions below...

Days to train on

To generate your program, fill out the form on the right and then press the build program button. You should see a table appear on your screen.

Once your free online exercise program has been created, simply click the print button and print it off :)

Days to run on

Select the days you would like to train on. 3-4 times per week is a good amount.


This is the way you would like to measure your aerobic fitness progress. For example - Select mins if you would like to increase the amount of time that you can run for.


This is your current state. For example - You would enter 20 if you can currently run for 20 mins.


This is your desired outcome. For example - You would enter 45 if you want to be able to run for 45 mins.


The number of weeks you give yourself to achieve your goal.
