Banana Berry Blend

1 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp of wheat germ (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immedietely over ice or in frosted mugs.

A frozen banana may also be used to turn out like a milkshake.

Hey! How are you doing? My name is Ivory. I was wondering if it's ok to eat banana dishes for evening. I guess it's not. Banana includes some ingredients that have very high energetic supply according to the table of energetic statuses of products.
