Banana Berry Blend
1 cup of plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp of wheat germ (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immedietely over ice or in frosted mugs.
A frozen banana may also be used to turn out like a milkshake.
