Well, we know from personal experience which one that is. The best abdominal exercise is, without a doubt, our super special home made ab bench exercise. Along with a good nutritional eating plan, the results are so quick. It's fantastic! Honestly, within a few weeks, there will be a very noticeable difference.


A lot of websites claim different ab exercises as being the best abdominal exercise. The difference between us and them is, we are speaking from personal experience. Years of rigorous gymnastics, springboard diving, martial arts and rugby league training have helped us come to the conclusion that this is the best one. Super Special Ab Bench Exercise - Pike

Seriously guys 'n gals, this is the best abdominal exercise of all time! Have a go, you won't be dissapointed. They are likely to be very difficult when you first start off. Get someone to help you get your legs that last little bit of the way.

  1. Make yourself an ab bench.
  2. Lie flat on the bench.
  3. Raise your feet above the bench.
  4. This is the start position.
  5. Quickly raise your legs to just above your arms.
  6. Without delay, lower them again to the start position.
  7. Repeat instantly.

 

 

Variation of Ab Bench - Tuck

This variation is a little easier than the pike version. It's ideal for beginners.

  1. Make yourself an ab bench.
  2. Lie flat on the bench.
  3. Raise your feet above the bench.
  4. This is the start position.
  5. Bend your legs as you raise them towards your head.
  6. Without delay, lower them again to the start position.
  7. Repeat instantly.

The way we normally do it is 10 reps of tuck and 10 reps of pike. That's one set. We do 4 sets. If you do it like this we guarantee you will have a strong set of abs.
