Lying Raise 'n CurlThis is one of the best hamstring exercises for beginners... If you are intermediate or advanced, try these using an ankle weight... They work wonders!

Simple Standing CurlsThis is a great hamstring exercise... It looks easy, but you will be surprised at how well it works! If you want to make it a little more difficult, wear the heaviest shoes you can find! (Please feel free to send in pictures if you can manage in a pair of "Spice Girl" shoes!) We've added in the biceps curls for a little extra spice... If you need help in balancing, leave the biceps curls and hold onto a chair or wall :)

Good Morning DarlingShaye likes to do a few sets of these each day just after she gets up. They may seem like a mild exercise, but they're actually incredibly effective. Use different weights depending on your strength... Remember to push yourself!

The Towel Hamstring StretchAfter you've finished a mega workout of these excellent hamstring exercises... Your muscles are gonna be pretty darn tired... So.. It's a good idea to give your hamstring muscles a nice long stretch. You won't be nearly as stiff tomorrow ;) For this hamstring stretch... all you need is towel.
