A Comprehensive Table of the Calories in Fruit
It can be quite difficult to find out the amount of calories in fruit. A lot of tables don't even mention them! We understand that a lot of people, especially those who are weight conscious, want to know how many calories they are consuming. Even though most fruits are relatively low in calories, it's still handy to know the actual numbers. That's why we've developed this cool guide to help you out.
Lots of calorie guides out there measure things by their weight... For example they say 100g of apples = 50 calories. Lets be honest... How many people have the time to weigh their food before they eat it?
So... What we have done is given the calories in an average sized fruit. In fruits such as watermelon, which you wouldn't eat the whole thing, we have given the measurements in weight... as there isn't really another way to do it. We have also provided a weight (grams/ounces) converter here, for your convenience :)
Our calories in fruit guide is easy and logical to understand and put into use.
