Chocolate Banana Protein Blast

1. 8oz Soy Milk
2. 1 banana, sliced and frozen
3. 1 scoop chocolate whey protein mix
4. small spoonful organic peanut butter
5. 3-4 frozen strawberries (for sweetness)
6. I've found blending the soy milk and protein mix first eliminates any grittiness or clumps of unmixed protein powder
7. Add all other ingredients and blend. Add more soy milk if it gets too thick, or do like me and eat it with a spoon. It's like eating soft serve ice cream!
