I am a mom of a two year old and I gained close to 80 pounds. It has taken me 2 years but I finally am down to my last ten pounds.
I have tried everything, ask my husband. He sees me spend all this money on all these videos, pills you name it.
I finally eat two meals a day, stay under 800 calories and I walk four miles... I do two weeks on and one off. This is my most recent diet and I'm averaging 5 pounds a week. So if you stick to it it works. I believe anything will.
