Don't have "all or none" mentality

Often people skip their workouts because they don't have the time to do the amount they had planned. So, they completely skip it! Instead, do ten minutes! Chances are you'll hang in longer anyway, but that ten minutes COUNTS. Then the next time you're short on time, and can't do all 30 minutes, still make sure you do ten! By the end of the week, look at how all those ten minute segments added up!!!!
