How to get flat abs for women… Isn't this the million dollar question? The one topic in exercise and fitness that everyone wants the secret to…. How to get that six pack, that flat tummy, those washboard abs?

The good old TV ads continue to shout out "look no further" and show you the many abdominal machines available on the market that they guarantee work...

They know you want flat abs… So they show you those beautiful slim bodies, women with flat abs, women in bikini's with flat tums and the rippled guys with so many tight packs you can't even keep count… They tell you they got it by using this machine or that machine…

You think "They must know the secret - look at this bodies!" 

BUT…

Do you often miss the tiny weeny little writing at the bottom that says "recommended to be used with a diet and exercises plan".  

A-HA! So they do know the secret to flat abs, but they know that it's something they can't sell with a gimmicky machine, so they disguise it in tiny writing below the advert…

They know (and maybe you do too, deep down) that you can't just roll on this thing or swing on that thing and suddenly start dropping pounds and gaining abs!
