*Frozen Yogurt & Berries*
(Total calories of this meal is about 150)

This is a delicious and simple snack.. which I even use as a dessert from time to time. It's quick to prepare and takes a long time to eat - which I love as it make me feel like I have had a real feast!

What you will need:

1 small pot of extra low fat frozen yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries

So all you need to do is put the yogurt into the freezer until it is hard (best that it isn't rock solid though) Probably 4-5 hours would be good amount of time. However, if it is rock solid it is also tasty - just harder to eat!

Once it is frozen empty it into a nice average sized bowl. Break it up into small bits or mash it a little if you want to. Then sprinkle the berries over the top of it. The berries are also really tasty if they are frozen or semi-frozen.

You can also use bananas or kiwifruit for this low-fat dessert recipe - however I like the berries because they are lower G.I. and have less calories.

Enjoy!
