This is a delicious and simple snack.. which I even use as a dessert from time to time. It's quick to prepare and takes a long time to eat - which I love as it make me feel like I have had a real feast!

What you will need:

1 small pot of extra low fat frozen yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries

So all you need to do is put the yogurt into the freezer until it is hard (best that it isn't rock solid though) Probably 4-5 hours would be good amount of time. However, if it is rock solid it is also tasty - just harder to eat!

Once it is frozen empty it into a nice average sized bowl. Break it up into small bits or mash it a little if you want to. Then sprinkle the berries over the top of it. The berries are also really tasty if they are frozen or semi-frozen.

You can also use bananas or kiwifruit for this low-fat dessert recipe - however I like the berries because they are lower G.I. and have less calories.

Enjoy!

Yummy, I think I wouldn’t be able to resist the temptation of this recipe. I know what I will do after I find the best website to pay for papers. I will get back to this page and just cook it. Thanks a lot!

I do think I ran across a web site i would likely quickly call up the superior paper. This service caters to all things related to academic writing excluding nothing. Best part is they are really affordable so you need not stress about this. .

Great low fat dessert recipe
by: Ash

It's hard to come by low fat dessert recipes... the ones that are normally low in fat are so high in processed sugar and carbs... So thanks for this :) I have started having it quite often... it's like a healthy treat!

If I feel peckish in the evenings I make this - I actually have found that without trying I have lost weight. I think it's cos I eat this healthy dessert instead of nibbling on bickies!
