Fun is my motivation!
I love to hang out with the guys. Go out to play flag football, go to a gym for Basketball or Racquet ball, or even just playing Golf! All of the activities that bring lots of people together are more fun, less painful and makes you feel more confident if you can athletically hang with everybody else.
I'm personally not great at every sport, but I am athletic enough to run, jump and throw and continue to do so for a longer period of time!
My motivation is to keep having fun with other people playing sports!
