Get out and do

I get out and do 3-7 times a week. I live in an area that has beautiful weather in the winter but very hot during the summer. I get out and hike many times a week. During our hot season, I start very early in the morning. I try to be done by 9am. I've managed to keep 50 lbs off for many years now. I still have the proverbial 10 to 20 lbs to lose. I'm very fit for my age and am actually much more active than I was 10 years ago! Get out and do It helps with depression, removing fat, arthritis and a host of many other problems or ailments.
