Goji and Cacao Smoothie

Pour a cup of soy/rice milk into a blender.
Add a small handful of goji berries.
Add 3 tablespoons of cacao nibs.
Blend it all up until it's nice and frothy.

You feel very good after drinking one of these in the morning.

The smoothies give instant energy while doing exercises. Most people prefer to take them during the course but some take after the exercise or the warm up. Some will get custom essay order on the cacao smoothie which is more popular among them.

Made this - Agree that it's quite yum. It is just so healthy - one of these each day and you'll be adding 10 years onto you life :P I prefer soya milk though to rice milk.
