Healthy Eggy Crumpets

Crumpet x1
Eggs x1
Olive oil (splash)
Seasoning
1) Whisk the eggs in a bowl & season
2) Heat oil in small frying pan
3) Dip and cover crumpet in egg mix
4) Add to pan and cook on both side until golden brown
Perfect - a quick and healthy breakfast before work and a yummy addition to roasted tomatoes and grilled bacon on weekends.
