You can just go out in the mornings and pick a few leaves...Now that's fresh!
1. Tropical Treat
- 2 Handfuls of Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 1 Mango
- Enough water to get the blender going
2. Berry Gritty Teeth
- 3 large silverbeet (chard) leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 punnet of Strawberries
- 1 punnet of Raspberries
- 2 tbsp linseeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- Enough water to get the blender going
- 3 ice cubes
3. Tangy, Tasty n Terrific
- 1/2 tsp Kelp
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 handful of Pumpkin seeds
- 3 cubes of ice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1 Plum
- 1 Peach
- 5 Leaves of silverbeet (chard)
- Enough water to get the blender going
4. Nice n Nutty
- 4 silverbeet (chard) leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 Peach
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 20 Hazelnuts
- 3 Cubes of ice
5. Thirst Quencher
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 1 Plum
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 Pineapple
- Small handful of almonds
- 1 tbsp Spirulina
- 3 Ice cubes
- Enough water to get the blender going.
These aren't the only combinations you can use either. Try experimenting with your own. You'll come up with something really tasty and healthy too.
