These Healthy Smoothie Recipes Sure Are Something Special
These healthy smoothie recipes are super good for
your body and they taste really good. Once you try these you won't want to stop drinking them.

We've done something sneaky with them... hehehe. You wanna know what it is? tehehe... No we couldn't possibly tell you.
Oh okay, you got it out of us....There's leafy greens
in them! That's what makes them so healthy!

Yeah, that's what we thought at first. But strangely enough, they still taste really good. It's very
easy to sneak
some spinach or silverbeet into the smoothies and not even taste it. If you
don't
believe us you'll have to give it a try. The fruit totally over powers the taste of the greens. |

Now where were we? Oh, that's right, these particular healthy
smoothie recipes taste great but they're not the only combinations you can have.
Use this selection as a general idea.
Once you've had a few, you can experiment and develop a taste for the combinations you like
If you want these healthy smoothie recipes to taste
their best and be their healthiest then it's best to use fresh,
in-season, organic fruit and vege's. If you have the room in your garden, it's a good idea to grow
your own. Home grown fruit and vege's are the healthiest, juciest food on
the planet. We have some huge silverbeet growing
in our garden and we blend them up everyday into smoothies. YUM YUM!

- 2 Handfuls of Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp Super green max plus
- Enough water to get the blender going

- 3 Large silverbeet leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 punnet of Strawberries
- 1 punnet of Raspberries
- 2 tbsp linseeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- Enough water to get the blender going
- 3 ice cubes

Tangy, Tasty n Terrific
- 1/2 tsp Kelp
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/4 handful of Pumpkin seeds
- 3 cubes of ice
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1 Plum
- 1 Peach
- 5 Leaves of Silverbeet
- 1 tbsp Super green max plus
- Enough water to get the blender going

- 4 Silverbeet leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 Peach
- 1/4 Pineapple
- 20 Hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Super green max plus
- 3 Cubes of ice

Thirst Quencher
- 3 Silverbeet leaves
- 1 Plum
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 Pineapple
- Small handful of almonds
- 1 tbsp Spirulina
- 3 Ice cubes
- Enough water to get the blender going.
