1. Seeds And Nuts With Goji Berries
This delicious mixture is very easy to make. It's just a matter of selecting which nuts and/or seeds you want and shaking them in a bag with goji berries. Yum!
Pretty much all nuts and seeds are high in protein and so are goji berries.
Here are some suggestions for nuts and seeds to use
2. Spicy Homemade Biltong
Biltong is a very tasty treat. We make our own in our dehydrator. Just cut up strips of meat and sprinkle homegrown chili's on top. Put it in a dehydrator, leave it for about 6 hours and it'll be ready to eat. It's natural, delicious and very high in protein.

These take about 10 minutes to make and they're so worth it. The ingredients are:
You can put these ingredients in any proportion you want. Remember though, most of the protein is in the nuts so...
more nuts = higher protein cookies
Just blend everything together and mush them into cookie shape. If you put them in the freezer they go nice and chewy.
Notice these have no wheat, eggs or dairy in them, so they're good for people with food allergies or intolerances.
