I Workout At Home And Go To The Gym...
Hi there Tom and Shaye :)
I got to the gym about 3 times per week. But I workout at home for that 'added extra' I find the little bits and pieces that I can do at home really make a difference.
Often I'll focus on my smaller muscle groups, like my abs. Now, when I go to the gym I just focus on doing my legs.
Quite often I find I cant be bothered going to the gym - so I just do home fitness training...
I pretty much just do whatever I feel like - as long as I do something everyday.
