Become "Bikini Hot" With This Inner Thigh Exercise

This inner thigh exercise is definitely one of the best we've ever tried! It seems so simple, but it WORKS! Do these 3-4 times per week and you will really begin to see and feel the difference!

Our Advice to You

We would advise you follow these 4 steps if you're wanting to develop lovely toned inner thighs:

  1. Add 3 muscle building (resistance training) workouts into your weekly schedule.
  2. Every second day, do an intensive inner thigh workout. This can even be in the evening whilst you're watching T.V.
  3. Do a minimum of 3 x 20 minute aerobic training sessions per week. This will help you burn overall body fat revealing the muscles which you have been working so hard for! Sadly, its a fact that spot reduction is impossible - so in order to lose fat on your inner thighs, you'll have to lose overall body fat.
  4. Don't focus on "Dieting" Just try to replace unhealthy options with delicious living foods such as salads, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables, etc.
  5. Whenever you're sitting around and feeling bored, make a deal with yourself to do a set of this inner thigh exercise. All the sets here and there really do add up!



Benefits of Doing This Inner Thigh Exercise


This inner thigh exercise can be done at home... even whilst you are watching T.V. This is fantastic as it makes it much more likely that they will get done frequently!


Doing this exercise will help you to gain legs that look hot in whatever you are wearing (or not wearing!)


Doing this exercise (and exercise in general) will help you build muscles. Muscles are so important in many areas of life including body fat control and energy levels.



Swiss Ball Knee Squeezes

If you don't have a swill ball, another method is to use a really puffy pillow. We recommend investing in a swiss ball though as they are a great "fitness training at home" tool!

  1. Lie on a yoga mat as shown in the picture below.
  2. Put your swiss ball or pillow between your knees.
  3. Squeeze your knees together as hard as you can and hold for 2 seconds.
  4. Release slowly.
  5. Do as many of these as you can until it burns too bad!
  6. Remember to focus on tensing and isolating the inner thighs.
  7. Really push the intensity by increasing repetitions and sets.

Straight Leg Squeezes

This is another fantastic inner thigh exercise using a swiss ball. Again, if you don't have a swiss ball yet, a similar effect can be created by using a few big puffy pillows stacked between your feet.

  1. Lie on a mat as shown in picture 1 below.
  2. Place your swiss ball or pillows in between your feet.
  3. Squeeze your feet together as hard as you can and hold for 2 seconds.
  4. You'll probably feel your legs begin to shake a little...
  5. Release slowly.
  6. Make sure that you keep your hips, body and legs in alignment.
  7. Do as many of these as you can.
  8. Again, focus on isolating the inner thighs.
  9. Repeat 20-30 times or as many times as possible.
  10. Try do 4 + sets.
