Iphone abs
My abs come from a few different things.
1. Good genetics lol
2. Always doing something. (not lazy)
3. Boxing
4. Thai Boxing
5. Working out (weight training)
6. Proper nutrition
Those are a few of the things I do to keep my abs tweaked. Some other things and a little more in depth explanation starts now. haha One of the things during the summer months I do to help my abs which is kind of just like boxing... Is going to the local batting cages in town and spend 5.00 a few times a week. I switch hit in the cages which gets my abs probably the best ab workout I know. With my working out routines... They are probably all of what you see at the gym. I dont count how many I do.. I just do it till I cant do it anymore.... Then do it some more.. Basically my abs are on fire when I am done and no joke... it feels like fire lol.... As far as sets... I probably do this 3 times with a 2 min break in between. One last hint....... always switch it up.. Maybe do the same routine 3 times in a row... then 360 that routine.... and do it backwards... then maybe 3 times after that mix it up..add replace change ur ab routine. sometimes maybe dont do it 3 times in a row switch it up right away. You want change and variety. You want to find every strand of muscle in your abs as with any muscle u want to get bigger. Hope this has helped.
