It makes me feel SEXY!

When I exercise I feel sexy, and I am a better sex partner. I am much more enthusiastic in bed and don't mind leaving the lights on.
The other 2 most important reasons that I exercise are:
- I know that I am improving my health so that I will be around to see my kids grow up... and maybe even my grandkids.
- I have more energy to enjoy life and get things done.
