Just Do It!

I regret stopping my exercise regime during my final year exam period. Now it's hard to get it all back- my fitness and strength have dropped drastically since I gave myself the excuse that I needed more time to study.

I spoke to my friendly family doctor and he told me that no one (not even him, a buff, fit, young man) likes to exercise. Every time we put on our jogging gear we feel lazy and tired. We think of the miles we have to run and feel drained before we actually begin.

But after overcoming that initial inertia, the benefits of that run or that gym workout is tremendous.

Remember: most people don't like to run, but just do it, and you'll feel accomplished after running those miles and working that heart out!
