Losing belly fat
Hey there first off love the site! I was once 260lbs and now am only 190lbs, but still have that little belly lip where the gut likes to hang. This is the only part which still looks fatty. How can i help target the weight loss in that area?
If there was a way to do that, I promise I would tell you. But sadly there isn't. When you have belly fat it's because your overall body fat levels are relatively high.
Doing crunches, hanging leg raises etc won't get rid of the fat. It will just build the muscle underneath. If you want to get rid of your overall body fat levels. You should be doing heavy weights, compound exercises. Squats, deadlifts, bench press etc.
