Music So I Can't Hear Myself Panting!

I totally agree with you... music really gets me motivated! If I am feeling a little slow or lethargic - I put on a really pumping song and almost instantly I feel motivated and rejuvenated!

Another thing I love about exercising - especially running - with loud music on is that I can't hear myself panting... so I don't realise that I am actually pretty tired and working really hard! It's a great way of burning lots of calories whilst having fun. You can run for an hour and it seems like 15 minutes!

So next time you're feeling like giving your workout a pass... put the music on, take a deep breath and just get up and do it! You'll be happy you did - I mean - who ever regrets doing exercise?
