Musical motivation

It might sound crazy.. but the way I motivate myself to do anything is through music! If I go to the gym or go running, I grab my iPod and put on a really high-energy song that gets me determined and pumped up.

So if you're feeling like it's a chore to do whatever exercise works for you, you might want to try it! At least for me, music makes even running fun :)
