My weight loss motivation is "not wasting any time..."
I don't like to waste my life... I am tired of wasting time feeling uncomfortable in my skin...
Life is too short for that.
I keep this in mind for my weight loss motivation... I wanna get to my goal weight so that I can prance around on the beach in a bikini - not worrying about the rolls!
I also want to change my mental perspective of my weight... I don't want it to be the key factor to my happiness.
I realise that it's easy to lose perspective on what is truly important in life - family - friends - health etc.
I want to be slim - healthy slim. But, I dont want it to be the only thing that makes me happy...
I am going to start being happy right now - and enjoy the journey of weightloss - being proud of myself along the way.
