Seeing Results is the Best Form of Motivation
I began a buns and thighs pilates routine almost 2 months ago. At first, my goal was simply to be able to finish the routine. After about three weeks, of only two sessions per week, I began to see results. I began loosing inches on my thighs and actually started seeing a butt. I have never had a butt!
Now, I can't seem to stop looking at my reflection. If you are looking for results, and quick results for that matter, I would recommend finding a pilates routine that works for you.
