Step by step you can lose weight

Hi everyone, I am Mike.

Im weighing 222lbs right now, but I used to weigh 235lbs about 3 months ago.

I had tried to exercise before, but I couldn't keep it up because I thought it was not working.

Until one day I pulled courage and began working out again, but this time I said to myself I wouldn't stop no matter what.

And the trick to me has been that when I look in the mirror instead of looking at the flaws, I look for the small details. Like a spot now toned or a spot more thin.

So for recap, instead of expecting big changes in no time, expect few changes everyday, because they will become many in several months.
