Weight Loss 2007

Hi,
I used to play soccer topflight (equivalent to the English Premiership) in Zimbabwe my home country. I started playing competitively when I was 17 years old... Some 12 years ago. I stopped playing in 2002 due to an ankle injury which I am still suffering from. I began to gain weight in 2006. I forced myself in 2007 and started training by playing soccer. I lost approximately 6cm from around my waist which was a fantastic achievement. Then, the team that I played for got defunct and I could not get another club in 2008... also I had a wedding to plan for. Unfortunately I began to gain weight again. It got even worse than what I was prior, in 2007.
I am still playing social soccer though. I have also started training on my own twice a day, everyday except on weekends. I have noticed that my endurance levels have improved and some of the clothes that were beginning to be tight are now a little less tight. This is how I have been doing it:
I do intensive exercises on Mondays (mornings and evenings) In the workouts I do:
I do 10x100m sprints
30 squat jumps
100 push ups
100 sit ups
30 burpees
50 jack knives
60 leg raises
50 mountain climbers (both with 1 leg and double legs)
lunches 100m.
During the course of the week I reduce the number of the repetitions, but I make sure that I do exercises twice everyday.
